Delivery and Return Conditions

After the product you purchased is received, you can return it for 14 days from the date of receipt if you want to return it for any reason. Not paying attention to the following points for return;

Shipping costs are not charged for return shipments. Returns are initiated from the My Orders section of your account. When you create a return request, an Yurtiçi Kargo return code is automatically generated by the system. You can view this code in the My Returns tab or in the notification message sent via SMS. The code is valid for 15 days, and return shipments are accepted only through the contracted courier company.
